metal product lives throug rust, wear and/or fatigue.
Fortunately,these natural limitations on metal product lives can be minimized
through the proper treatment of the metal materials.
Nihon Parkerizing Co., Ltd. is in the business of providing the treatment
Chemicals and related technical processes necessary to minimize the limitations
inherent in metal materials.
Our treatment processes include metal surface cleaning,rust prevention,paint base
coating and lubricating methods for a diverse range of modern industries.
Rust prevention and other metal surface treatment methods require the use of
appropriate chemical agents.
For thin plates of steel,aluminum,titanium,zinc,and copper,we have
developed a wide variety of anticorrosive and property --- enhancing chemical agents.
Palbond for instance,is specifically designed to eliminate rust in automobiles.
Another of our products, Palene, is an innovative composite coating material
that prevent rust,eliminates offensive odors,and reduces the retaine water
drops in aluminum evaporators used in coolers and other equipment.
Rust prevention and heat treatment are integral to almost any metal surface
treatment process.The Nihon Parkerizing Group has refined these two processes
to further advance metal surface treatment technology.
In rust prevention,our phosphate based, Parker process coating is extensively
utilized in automobile manufacturing.
In heat treatment,our Isonite system utilizes a low-temperature salt bath
nitriding process to harden metal surfaces.
Our new NCC Coating process (nickel composite plating) allows the use of
even light metals to fabricate sliding parts.
Nihon Parkerizing takes a total engineering approach to design metal
surface treatment systems. Rather than plugging in standard surface
treatment systems in a production line, we first analyze the production line
process from start to finish. Then, utilizing our over 60years of experience,
we select the optimal design and location in the production line to maximize
the surface treatment process.It is this total commitment to complete and
quality services that our customers have come to rely on.
Although surface treatment primarily aims to prevent rust formation,
occasionally a naturally weathered appearance is desired. For example,
bridge beams and other open air structures require processes which
induce controlled rust formation to minimize rust debris and preserve
aesthetic value.
One such product developed by Nihon Parkerizing in this area is Palgreen.
Palgreen is a chemical treatment used on copper plates which induces the
quick formation of verdigris which gives the plates an attractive green patina.
One use of the process is for enhancing the beauty of copper roofing materials.
Over the years, Nihon Parkerizing has accumulated a wealth of know-how and technology in metal surface treatment chemicals and treatment facilities, and has continued to grow and diversify into related fields. Our newest businesses include powder coating systems, energy-saving plate heat exchange systems, sound proof ..... Naft glass, environmentally friendly waste water treatment systems, and alternative CFC parts cleaning systems which were developed following the disuse of specific CFCs.
