We supply emulsion type rolling oil for simultaneously providing the required lubrication (friction reduction) for rolling steel and cooling, as well as technical support for application based on our long experience and extensive knowledge. We also offer our services overseas in China, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Russia and elsewhere through collaboration with our overseas bases and our products and services are rated highly in Japan and overseas.

We have been engaged in the development of rolling oil for many years focusing on high performance and improving unit load, and recently increasingly focusing on environmental factors, developing products which do not contain regulated substances (such as Nonylphenol or other substances in accordance with the Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR)). In addition, by improving the lubricity and reducing the operating temperature of our rolling oils, energy costs decrease, not only reducing the load on the environment but also leading to a reduction of the total cost for our customers.
