External Evaluations
Communication with Stakeholders
Regarding the targets and progress of our initiatives related to the promotion of sustainability, we will check social demands as appropriate and disclose the information adequately by reflecting the results of external evaluations. We also have two-way communications with various stakeholders, making improvements and developing new initiatives based on their opinions.
We will fulfill our responsibilities to our stakeholders in these two aspects of disclosure and dialogue. At the same time, we will address social issues to pass down a sustainable society to future generations.
Opportunities for Communicating with Each Stakeholder
| Stakeholders | Responsibility of the group | Methods of approach |
|---|---|---|
| Shareholders and investors | To achieve sustainable growth and improve medium- to long-term corporate value, we ensure full disclosure of non-financial information and good communication with all stakeholders, including shareholders, as part of our transparent management. |
|
| Customers | We collect information about customer needs and suggest products and services based on their requests to build long-term relationships of trust with customers. |
|
| Business Partners |
We will continue to strengthen collaboration with our business partners to promote the effective use of resources and optimize our production and supply systems. Through these efforts, we aim to contribute to the realization of a circular economy and the establishment of a sustainable supply chain. |
|
| Employees | We strive to develop human resources and create a workplace environment that seeks to help employees stay healthy and empowers them to demonstrate their capabilities to the fullest. Concerning relations with the labor union, we will maintain an excellent labor-management relationship based on the mutual understanding and trust we have built. |
|
| Community | We engage in diverse activities tailored to local needs to contribute to local communities. We enhance information disclosure and have two-way dialogues with local governments and residents to co-exist in harmony with local communities and work with them. |

Multi-Stakeholder Policy
We recognize the importance of value co-creation with a diverse range of stakeholders in corporate management. These stakeholders include shareholders and investors, customers, business partners, employees, and local communities. Based on this understanding, we are committed to engaging in appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
We also believe that profits and outcomes generated through value co-creation and improved productivity should be appropriately distributed to multiple stakeholders. From the perspective that such distribution leads to the sustainable growth and development of both society and the Company, we place importance on returning value to employees and giving due consideration to business partners. Based on this belief, we will continue to promote these initiatives.
